I report more than three weeks ago a problem with Nathan's bath chair, so the rep comes out and says 'we dont have the parts for it, so we will replace the whole bath chair surfer' ok i say, 'it will be about two weeks, are you ok with that?' suppose ive no choice really have i ;)
