Hello to everyone,
I'm a bit of a meditation junkie these days and keep unearthing some real gems on Youtube late at night, and this one is no exception. I simply had to share this one, as I'm astonished at the talent that is out there! It's quite a long one (40 minutes) but I've done it twice now and have had improvements in my asthma - I was using my inhaler at least three times during the night, and now it's down to zero. My vision is sharper, my heartburn which was playing up has gone and I feel blissed out. This really does focus on your entire bodies (mental, emotional, pysical and spiritual). Do yourself a favour and give it a try.
